Scheme Interiors offers all facets of Interior Design Service, as Project leaders we supervise and liaise with all other disciplines in the design process i.e. Civil, Mechanical & Electrical, Plumbing & Drainage.

At the initial design stage we propose a scheme design in order to demonstrate our conceptual approach to the project. This presentation normally consists of a plan with sketch visuals, sample material / mood boards and written comments.

On obtaining clients approval the design is developed, detailed and full specifications / bills of quantities are prepared with cost control advice.

During the fit out stages of the contract we strive to ensure the contractor approaches the work in a professional diligent and quality conscious manner. We also control costs with certification and evaluation.
